Life Skills Coaching
Life coaching is the process of helping someone find the path between where they are now and where they want to be. Infinite Healing Solutions approach:

-
Guidance: is the life coach providing the tools and support for someone to broaden their perspective and open their mind, hence enabling them to reach their goals.
-
Empowerment: is to a large extent down to the individual to realize their own self-worth and self-belief that has, for one reason or another, diminished.
-
Improvement: in the sense that an individual will go from where they are to where they want to be, in effect reaching their goal.

Advocacy & Mentoring
Mentoring
Mentors shares stories, experiences, and preferred practices. The Mentee gains insights from someone who has been there and done that. The Mentor often gives advice and/or recommendations as to what they think should be done and why.
Coaching
Coaching is about creating the capacity inside other human beings to think through their own issues critically. Coaches don’t simply give advice or presume to have the answers. Coaches are not problem solvers. Coaches simply offer support, accountability, and companion people on their way.

-
Contribute to decision-making that affects the mentee within different settings and institutions (social services, court system)
-
Establish and maintain ties with other significant persons in the mentee’s life (significant other, parents, teachers, peers)
